This is my second week living and working here, Sean and Oriana run the place and take a lot of care of details and are very open to suggestions. The building is brand new, excellent finishes. The apartments are comfortable and what you see in the pictures is what you get, lots of natural light. We particularly liked the kitchen, that has a lot of space for cooking, it is well equipped. I would have prefered having the tv on living room instead of the bedroom, there is one large in each bedroom, but that's a matter of taste. The coworking space is brand new also, fast wifi, comfortable chairs and desks, a patio and a small kitchen and tables for eating. There are private rooms and meeting spaces, excellent day-to-day maintenance. Also this place has a great location, is just a few minutes away from supermarkets, restaurants and many other shops, Laureles is teh nicest place were you can stay in Medellín. Be sure to check the Yoga classes on the rooftop, a Yoga class at the end of the day up there while the night falls is really relaxing.
